Terms of Use

These Terms govern use of the Hidden How website and TikTok draft-transfer service operated by HY Trading, represented by Hyeonho Yi. By using the service, you agree to these Terms with HY Trading.

The service

Hidden How lets eligible creators connect a TikTok account through OAuth and transfer a selected original video to their TikTok inbox as a draft. Hidden How does not automatically publish. You must open TikTok, review the video, select posting settings, and complete publication yourself.

Eligibility and account control

You must be legally able to agree to these Terms and meet TikTok's eligibility and age requirements. TikTok handles sign-in. You are responsible for your TikTok account and devices and may disconnect or revoke authorization at any time.

Your content

You retain ownership of your videos and grant Hidden How a limited, non-exclusive, temporary permission to receive, store, process, and transmit only the video you select for the transfer you request.

You confirm that you own the content or have all necessary rights, and that it complies with law, TikTok's terms and Community Guidelines, and the rights of other people.

Acceptable use

You may not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or harmful content; spam or evade platform limits or moderation; interfere with security; access another person's account; or use repeated automated requests that abuse TikTok or Hidden How. We may limit or suspend abusive activity.

Transfers and platform limits

A successful Hidden How transfer means TikTok received the video through its processing or inbox workflow. It does not guarantee publication. TikTok may reject, delay, moderate, restrict, remove, or change the visibility of content. File, rate, pending-upload, and creator limits may apply and must not be circumvented.

Availability and third-party services

TikTok is a separate third-party service with its own terms and policies. Hidden How is independent and is not owned, operated, sponsored, or endorsed by TikTok. We may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue service features for security, legal, or platform reasons.

Disclaimer and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Hidden How is provided “as is” and “as available” without implied warranties. Hidden How is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, loss of reach or revenue, or actions taken by TikTok. Total liability will not exceed amounts paid to Hidden How in the preceding twelve months or CAD $100 if you paid nothing, except where law prohibits this limit.

Termination, changes, and contact

You may stop using Hidden How at any time. We may suspend access for violations, abuse, or security or legal risk. Updated Terms will be posted with a new effective date. Questions for HY Trading, attention Hyeonho Yi, may be sent to ho.yi1114@gmail.com with the subject “Hidden How Terms Question”.
